erlang-dialyzer software package provides Erlang/OTP discrepancy analyzer application, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-dialyzer
erlang-dialyzer is installed in your system.
Make ensure the erlang-dialyzer package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-dialyzer *
You will get with erlang-dialyzer package name, version, architecture and description in a table
